I believe that pricing and marketing are the most important factors in selling a home.  That’s why every listing I take gets an upgraded marketing plan.  This includes photos, video, your homes own website, facebook ads, feature sheets and an open house.  I will take the time to do a complete market evaluation and together we will determine a price that reflects market conditions and ensures a quick, convenient sale.
